Spa card & visitor's tax

Sellin charges a visitor's tax (Kurabgabe) per overnight guest — in return you receive the resort's guest card with many discounts. Enter all fellow travellers here and pay the visitor's tax conveniently online — plus a 2 % fee for guest registration and spa-card handling; all amounts include VAT. We will then issue your spa cards. Children under 7 are exempt, children from 7 to under 14 pay half; arrival and departure day each count as one day. For dogs, Sellin charges 1.00 € per day.

Important to know: The visitor's tax is not a voluntary payment but a levy required by municipal law — it applies to all overnight guests. Spa cards are checked regularly around town, for example on the beach or the promenade; anyone unable to show one must expect a fine. Fortunately, this is done here in just a few minutes — and you can enjoy Sellin completely relaxed, with all the guest benefits.

How it works: The spa cards are issued digitally and delivered by e-mail. From the main guest we therefore need an e-mail address, date of birth and home address. For all other travellers, name and date of birth are required. Optionally, you can enter a personal e-mail address for each person — that person will then receive their spa card directly at their own address; without one, all spa cards go to the main guest. We also store the main guest's e-mail address with the booking so that we can send you important information about your stay.

Sellin reduces the visitor's tax from a degree of disability (GdB) of 80 — likewise for an accompanying person entered in the pass (mark “B”). Once expanded, a selection field appears for each person; please carry the pass with you on holiday, as it may be requested during checks.
